I love this place! I've been coming here for years. It's always a customer friendly, positive experience. Very knowledgable staff. I'm always treated with honesty and respect.
UPDATED: The service itself wasn't too bad. I wish you'd have some means of checking in for an appointment so that they know you're there. That way you aren't waiting in line past your appointment time when it's busy. What's the point of setting up an appointment online over 24 hours in advance, if they still go in the order that people show up? What a horrible business model!!
Always been a good place, great costumer service, but this morning we were largely ignored. Will not go back and i will not recommend them anymore. The man working on our tire decided to leave after finishing our tire without telling us or anyone else that it was done. I will buy my tires elsewhere from now on.

I have never received the AMAZING customer service from any other retailer, that I get every time I walk into Discount Tire. These guys go above and beyond to make sure their customers leave 100% satisfied!!! I had a reoccurring issue with a slow leak that required me to visit 3 times in less than 2 weeks. Instead of just repetitively plugging the tire and charging me, they replaced it!! I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience and the gentlemen that took care of me while I was there!!!
