My car was damaged by wheel coming off on the freeway at 85 ml/hr because not tightened proper. I got nice wheels and expensive tires from Discount Tire to make my 2017 ram 3500 look good, now my car damaged and my family traumatized. I been a loyal customer for years and this how they taking care of those customers!
Nothing is ever in stock, poor planing, and they don't respect customers time.
Never had an issue at this discoint tire. They really do take care of their customers.
Jake was amazing. I had a nail in my tire and I called 20 mins before to hopefully get it fixed. Jake and his team were amazing. They got me in last minute, and it only took about 35-45 mins to fix it. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.
I have never had a problem with the employees or the product. They have always been helpful and honest.
