Very quick, professional, and treat you like they would their own family member when it comes to repairing or replacing. Didn’t try to over sell and was honest about what tires would serve the purpose that I needed. Very pleased with the service
so the question i have for you is why there are so many wheel weights all along the road leaving your store? just looking at the amount of fallen weights by the road next to your store on the side that is nit inbound makes me question your ability to balance tires. also noticed that they are all pited and look like they were cleaned before they fell off. so are you guys not puting new weights on the tires when you balance the tire? its the small things that you can watch from the parking lot and see that make me not choose t... read more
Heads up- if you're running late, be honest. You'll get a repeat customer with honesty. When you don't meet expectations, you'll always disappoint. When people are told to check in early so they can start on time and then wait over 45 minutes just to start- disappointing. You can let us know when checking in that you're running behind. Give the costumer the option of what they want to do. Then don't tell them you will complete it in the hour window and take an additional 30 minutes. Just be honest.

Awesome service; wonderful personnel! My tire "idiot" light came on the way to taking my husband for an eye procedure. I managed to drop him off and went to the nearest place I thought could check/repair my tire. Oh my gosh, the gentlemen were so courteous and helpful. I was absolutely flabbergasted when they refused payment. Yeah, I know where my next tires are coming from!
