Discovered a nail in my front left tire. They said it's covered and would patch it at no charge. Then they checked all 4 tires and discovered a nail in the rear right tire as well. Glad they checked the other tires.
We had a great experience! Very clean and friendly environment. Service was too notch. Gave us tip in our windshield. We highly recommend them!

I am extremely pleased with Discount Tire in Pensacola!!! I went in with a gouge in my tire and they didn't hesitate to warranty it. It was on the side but knowing that I have kids in the van, Chris, replaced it without any hassle whatsoever! I will highly recommend them to all my friends!!!!
We had to have a new set of tires after running over some debris. They had a variety of tires for us to choose from. Taylor had us in and out in about an hour. I was very happy with our experience! If you need tires I highly recommend this shop.

Very professional and courteous to myself and my family! Thanks for all your assistance. Can't believe discount tire direct even send me a reminder to get my free rotate and balance!
the ONLY recommendation I'd make is to have computers for customers to check availability in the store, but I probably should have called ahead to ask, lol. this place rocks! 1st time here today & total trip was less than 1 hr. brand new tire with warranty for less than $150? yes, please!!! so pleased with my service! thank you!
