The manager Michael was super helpful on the phone. He found us good quality tires at a good price and set us an appointment for the next day. We had never dealt with this store before, but we could tell the moment we walked in the store that customer service was very important. Marlin greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with any questions we had. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes! We are yet again receiving excellent service from Discount Tire! From the young man that was training Friday when I came in with questions to Michael and Derek who helped me today and all the guys doing the work - all these folks have taken great care of me and my vehicles. I have been using them for years and highly recommend them. I also recommend spending the extra for the tire warranty. It has saved us money and time over the years.

My daughter is a student at BJU and had a flat tire. I called Joseph Baily from out of state and told him what she needed. He met her at the door a few minutes later, took care of my girl who had no clue what to do, and she was on her way in minutes. This review written by a very thankful father that there are good guys close by when I can't be!
From the moment I called, Kyle, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I was very impressed. I then followed up with Michael and I was even more impressed. He was so kind and gave me his personal recommendation which I appreciated. We went early on a Saturday morning and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Joshua helped us in store, greeted us with a hand shake outside the counter, and was very knowledgable. I would highly recommend Discount Tires! We especially love these guys!

I recently made three attempts to utilize my "free rotation and balance" offered by purchasing the tire protection plan you company offers.
