Excellent customer service, decent prices, If you buy your tires from here, then you get free life balancing and tire rotation . And free tire repair. Can't beat it..Long time customer and as long as they don't change their policy, I will be there until I run out of breathes.

I don't buy tires from anywhere else. Customer service is excellent, they make sure you're safe and informed and Michael is the best.
I took a flat here for patching. They said it couldn't be done. It wasn't safe. They then tried to sell me 4 tires. I got 2 other opinions. They both confirmed that Discount Tire had no reason to deny patching my tire. I had it taken care of elsewhere. If you need their "free tire patching" service, you will likely want to go elsewhere.
Discount Tire, I am sure is like most tire companies. You buy tires with 65,000 warranty..then at 35,000 you go in for regular rotation and they you scare tactics that you tires are unsafe to be on the road and your life is in danger and the refuse to rotate!! BUT, if you buy new tires today, they will give your $50 back toward the purchase of all new tires. Was visiting in Greenville this week from our home in Orlando and we cut the sidewall of one of our tires. Staff was wonderful and had me out the door with a new Michelin is 30 minutes. Cudos to all. Great service all the time at DT. P.S. Always get the hazard coverage. Out the door for $35. Thanks
