Awesome Staff I went to this store after I had a flat tire on my Jeep after a night of four-wheeling. I went to another place and they told me that I had to get the whole tire replaced and that they need a week or so to get the parts. I decided to try this place just for a second opinion and they found that it was just dirt stuck between the tire and the rim of the wheel and only charged me twelve dollars. Communicate that appointments always take precedence over walk ins. I called in about a flat fire and was told to come on in. I was given an estimated wait of one hour. After 1 hour and twenty minutes, my car still hadn’t moved. They explained that many appointments had since been made and continually bumped me down the list. I had a leak in a tire from a nail this morning, so I took it to Discount Tire on the way to work. They fixed it within 20 minutes while I stayed in the car. (I hope that policy stays) The best part is that there was no charge. These guys always impress me.
