I had to have tires replaced today and received an amazing deal. Jeff W. provided honest and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this to anyone service was fast and top notch. I would guve this the highest rating plus.
I have been a customer since late 80’s. I remember driving in there stall and back then they didn’t have there garages yet. They fixed my flat and did not charge me. Keep in mine I did not have there tires on the car. Well from that point all my tire purchases are from them. Recently I had them replace my Tire sensors on my 2007 Mountaineer and the new kept tripping the alarm. Always great customer service. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but it’s no surprise with how busy they always are. Employees always seems to be hustling so you can’t blame them for a little wait.
Poor service, ignored for 10 minutes. Gave up!
I walks in the door shortly after they opened at eight. I was looking for a simple in and out tire rotation. The employee at the counter told me it would be an hour and a half wait because of ‘appointments.’ They need to pay more attention to first come first served rather than overbooked appointments that obviously haven’t shown up yet.
What are the odds of getting a 5 inch screwdriver drill bit in your tire only a short way from home? What are the odds of having just gone by Discount Tire? What are the odds that they were late in closing? Well, tonight all the odds were in my favor. I could have done without the flat tire, but I could not have been more lucky that it happened where it did. Even though it was passed time for the staff to go home, they graciously fixed my tire in no time at all. What a first rate experience!!!!
They did a wonderful job got the truck right in fixed the tire and put the spare back on and I was on my way to work in under a half hour.
Once again AWESOME customer service, they were fast and so nice!!
