I have used discount tire most of my life and the service has been actually better here in East Texas than any other place yet. The GM Jesse has always been awesome to work with and the prices have been great compared to other tire shops. I'm glad Jesse moved to the south broadway store, it has improved since and this is the 3rd full set of tires and three singles I have bought from them. I came in yesterday to get quotes for my sons truck. I was given 3 quotes, took them home, and gave them to my husband so he could decide which ones to order. I called today to try to order them. An hour later my husband gets a voicemail saying the tires are going to cost more, as the quote we have on paper is incorrect. I'm sorry, but that's the quote I was given, and it should be honored!
