I ran over an object in the road causing a leak in the tire. No problem, the tire was near replacement I was ok with that. They replaced and added an auto replacement new tire charge without discussing with me. It was only 67.00 but it was the principle of a trust issue. I have been buying tires at DISCOUNT tire for over 25 years and have never had a trust issue, I do now. Last time I buy there. Make sure you know all the details before buying. I trusted them as in the past and they let me down.

Back tire was already patched they said and would not do another patch on It. :(
The service was exceptional. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. We were very pleased.

great service at a better price now on my second set of K02 from discount tire on the first set I went about 40000 miles before my first offroad puncture not bad not bad at all they took care of several rebalance and rotations and the puncture for free over the years
Their product knowledge and level of service is awesome and everyone is very friendly!!
