Stopped in to fix a tire. Guys were super helpful and fast!
I just waited ten minutes trying to get a tire filled at the free tire fill. Four people walked by and didn't even acknowledge me. I understand if it's not your section or job to do, but don't just look at me and say nothing. I came for your help not to be ignored.
I have had problems with my tires for the last month and had to stop at Discount Tire in Laveen Arizona every week to get them inspected rotated and balanced. Each time they always say everything is fine and send me out the door. Today I made it 20 miles, the tire separated and had a major failure! Now I'm on the side of the road in dangerous traffic trying to put the spare on right after leaving Discount Tire. It's unfortunate as I could tell something was wrong. The staff at this location is AMAZING! We pulled up in our food truck with a loud/fast leak. They said we're faster then Nascar, lol. They weren't kidding we were in and out of there in 17 mintes. The Manager Chris and the other staff can't be beat. Thanks.
