walked up to the service counter. I need a tire fixed. We walked out to my call mobile. he said sure leave it with us and will fix it. 6 to 7 hours later go back come to find out they refused to fix. never no phone call no heads up. just a surprise when I got there. Took it to another tire dealer they repaired it no problem. if you can repair them you should get out of Business of selling them.
Wondering why I came in 3 days ago to have you look over the vehicle, assure that you have the replacement in stock for the warrantied tire, and schedule an appointment for this morning when I have been placed behind 3 walk-ins. I arrived 10 mintues early to my appointment and the job that I was told when scheduling the appointment would take 10 minutes has been pushed back to 45 minutes. Hmm...a customer service issue maybe?
Have purchased tires here for at least three of my cars. Went in today to have tires rotated on one of them. Watched employees stand around and talk, then walk over to my car, work on it for less than 5 minutes, walk back over to their co-workers, talk some more. They took 50 minutes to rotate four tires. We got a flat tire on our motorhome as we started a road trip. Discount Tire in Orem got us in (without an appointment) as soon as they opened at 8:00 and we were back on the road with 6 new tires at 9:15. Thanks for the great work guys, we sincerely appreciate it!
They were so kind and got to my car immediately! Plus the free flat repair saved me!
We have had four flat tires in the last three months. As annoying as that has been, taking my cars to Discount Tire in Orem is always an enjoyable experience. The employees are courteous and friendly. The customer service is fantastic. Flat tires usually make for a bad day, but after visiting Discount for the repair, it feels good to drive away with a smile.
