On Saturday I went to change two new tires. They changed just one and do not want to recognize their mistake.
Saturday afternoon 30 minutes until closing, need to get a nail out of my tire. The show room was empty. The staff looked at me and said "we have 30 minutes until closing we might not be able to help you until Monday"... I've purchased 4-5 sets of tires from them. That will be my last. I went to big O across the road. The manager was locking up. He unlocked the place and fixed my tire for FREE. #customer service fail.

Very bad customer service this teenagers with attitude DO NOT RECOMMEND!! They did not align my tires and my car � keep going to the right side. Worse experience ever
People it's so nice until something they need to fix or it's not good� so disappointed on this store been buying from them for over 3 years never had an issue until the tires they sold me past week keep getting flat then they had me wait over 4 hour and end it not fixing it��� Don't be fool by this people they only nice when you don't ask them to fix they faulty shit This kid pretending to be the manager says don't like us don't use us! Your dam right I will never use you again!!!!!!
If I could give them 0 stars I would terrible service from left to right..... attitude about relating shit juts an awful experience DO NOT RECOMMEND LOTS OF YOUNG FELLAWS SO unprofessional the way they treat you
