Discount Tire has always ensured that I get what I pay for. I've always been treated with respect, and feel valued by every staff member from Minnesota to Utah. Discount Tire is not one to push sales of unneeded products, and when they can help you save, they do! I am a lifetime customer.
The staff went out of their way to help us with our car when after the tires were on, it would not start. They charged the battery and got it started but then it would not go into gear. They tried several things to get it to work and finally ended up pushing it out of the service bay. We called the dealership they explained that we needed to unhook our battery for 10 minutes and hook it back up. The staff came out and helped us get the battery unhooked and waited the 10 minutes with us and made sure our car could be driven. ... read more
These guys are great! They are knowledgeable and not just about selling tires.
Awful was my experience today. Their own store computer says they have 4 of my size in Stock. The sales guy makes me wait for 30 minutes before coming back to say corporate never sent those tires to them. IT TAKES them 30 minutes to see they don't have a tire! You are Ridiculous and AWFUL Lindon Discount Tire!
I will NEVER go to Discount Tire again. Very frustrating experience and customer service.
Had a very good experience with Ammon. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what tires were best for me as a commuter. He wasn't pushy and genuinely wanted to get me a quality safe tire. And he was FAST! I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be coming back!
