my first experience with these people on loop 250 took a tire to them [ no charge on fixing the tire not once but 3 times same tire ] and now my wife takes a tire to them off our 2014 Expedition and they say the tire is ruined cause it went down so fast my wife didn't stop the vehicle fast enough. OK so they put a new tire on looks like a mud grip tire not a road tire [ the Expedition is not 4x4 ] so now I have totally got mixed tires today 11/11/15 just poor operation .
Had to get new tires for my suburban, and for as many people were there I was out in a little over an hour. My rep was really professional and courteous.
Just had my daughter go by and try to get a flat fixed, carlos hernadez tried to help her, and instead tried to pull a fast one. Saying they had replaced her tire, free of charge, due to the tire being no good, turns out they looked at the wrong one and when she went back to get the right one fixed and ask for the tire that wasnt any good they couldnt find it .
