We have sat in my car for an HOUR before anyone could come look at our car. They make you sign in now and it’s TERRIBLE. All of the plans we had for the day are messed up now.. so much for dropping off your car and leaving for convenience. They have always done a good job in the past with being quick convenient and easy but now when you have to wait an hour just for them to acknowledge you, it’s none of that. Maybe go back to how y’all were doing it. This isn’t working..

Do not recommend. Spent a thousand dollars on new tires yesterday and one of them is already flat!!! And they messed up my bumper!!!
