RecommendedThis evening I noticed a nail in my tire and rushed to Discount Tire not realizing it was closing time (and way past the time they take new appointments). The gentleman at the door saw I had my almost 2 yr old daughter with me and said he would help. Checked my tires and saw it was leaking so he changed my tire to my spare. Setting an appointment is pointless if you’re still expected to stand in line just to be checked in. Finally get to the front of the line and waited nearly 10-15mins before being helped, because the people calling in are more important than those actually in the store! Did a drop off. Came back to pick up after getting the call that it was ready for pickup only to have to and once again stand in a long line after pre-paying just to get my keys!
Pay for road hazard and they put plugs instead of replacing....ridiculous
I was warned to get there very early so I was in line before they opened. I had two tires replaced and I was literally in and out in 30 minutes. Great job!
Always have a good experience here whether I’m getting a flat repaired or purchasing new tires. Staff is always helpful and friendly. I’m also loving my new Michelin Pilot Sports on the WRX!
So I come in to get new tires so I can pass an inspection got 4 new tires. Then I go across the street to get the inspection and they say it won't pass because there is a lug nut missing from each tire. I went back to discount tire and they said they were already missing. Why didn't you tell me?????
NEVER TRUST ANYONE!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO INSPECT MY VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING YOUR SHOP TO MAKE SURE YOU DID THE JOB YOU WERE PAID TO DO.
