They were very inform to my needs. Showed me what options i had in a tire. Told what they recommended. He saw i had did my research. I had brought in a paper with the tires i was interested in... Had me in and out in less then an hour..
19 min from drive in to finish for 4 new tires and 4 tire pressure sensor repairs. NINETEEN y'all! We've been coming to this location for 4-ish years now, and they never dissapoint. Great prices, amazing warranties, and 1st class customer service...why would we go anywhere else? We're hooked.

I have used Discount Tire exclusively for the past 10 years or so. I like the quality of service they provide and the fact that they are not trying to sell services that you don't need or want. I have shopped around to try and take advantage of their low price guarantee but was unable to do better. My next set of tires will be from Discount!
Very courteous, polite, respectful. They make sure they acknowledge you when you enter in and if they cannot be with you right then, they will let you know they will be with you ASAP. They explain what they are doing with your vehicle. I hope they will keep all of these up because it sure was nice!
