The guys at Discount Tire Buford have been tremendous. After getting a new set of all-terrain tires from them, we found problems. Without hesitation, Discount Tire stepped up to make right the problem and replaced all 5 tires. Through it all they have been professional, courteous and flat out awesome. Highly recommended. 👍👍
Fast service friendly staff
I had my tires rotated about two weeks ago. I have pink valve caps. When I got home I notice one of the caps were missing. A couple of days later I received a survey and I thought no one would even read it. I was wrong! I gave a good review, because the service is always great and timely. Except for the loss of my missing valve cap. Well Gabriel the manager in fact read my survey and said that he would reimburse me for the missing caps!! Now that’s what I call great customer service!!! Thank you Gabriel!
I love this place, it’s a great place to purchase tires and no place can match or beat their warranty on your tires. They have always been super fast and helpful to me and I share my experiences that I have had with them and will always make sure to let them know that I am a Discount Tire Fan for all of locations, except the gainesville location, they do not have enough parking their.
Great service, just need a TV
Continued problems with my tires. Today the Mgr laughed when I addressed him about making me wait an hour and a half, when I made an appointment. Unbelievable, I’ve taken all 3 cars there. Won’t be back!
I have been buying tires for all my vehicles and my children’s vehicles when they were my responsibility from John Nottingham, the current manager of the Buford, GA location, since 2005. I’ve always received the best customer service from John and his crew. I always get the best price there as well! I have never had a bad experience with Discount Tire! It’s certainly worth the hour drive!
