Great service, customer friendly, and honest!
Great job getting my tire repaired. Long wait, but this place is always super busy on a Saturday and I didn’t have an appointment, so I expected to wait.
Very disappointed in Dougs lack of customer service/friendliness today!! We have been customers for 8 years at least and spent k's there. Literally didn't acknowledge the long wait. Doug: "NAME?"..... "How are we paying today?"�� no thank you or sorry for the extremely long wait. Nothing!!! Seriously what has happened to this stores customer service?! It's ridiculous that this company specializes in tires but doesn't have the equipment for alignment.
I have to give a big shout out to the guys at Discount Tire in Buford ... I’ve been going there for a few years now & their Customer Service is amazing ... I’m never disappointed!! Showed up this morning with a screw in my tire, guys pulled my car in , repaired screw hole, rotated tires & was done in 25 minutes ... when I ask how much ... he says “nothing, we’re happy to serve you” ... it’s nice for businesses to appreciate their clients because so many don’t !!
