Great place great staff can't explain how blessed I was to go there today
Very pleasant visit, I go there for all my tire needs. Superb customer service. A breath of fresh air were you're treated like a special guest not just a customer. I love the music that they play while waiting on a vehicle.
Great staff! Always take care of our buses. Get us in fast and keep us rolling safe. We had a flat, the tire went down over night. There was a nail in the tire. Discount got us in & took care of us in time to pick our kids up from school on time. Thanks for looking out for up!
Terrible customer service from Sergio, told me the store manager quit and he was the only person I could talk to. He had the nerve to tell me how to act and talk like he has a right to do that. These millennials don't have a clue what respect is.
Just when you think there's no good people in the world Sergio made my day. He brought me to tears. I couldn't afford one tire that had a steel belt showing. I was about to leave, Sergio tapped on my window and said he couldn't let me leave with that tire. He or Discount Tire paid for it. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much.
Cliff at Discount Tires is the best! We have purchased tires from Discount Tires for many years. There have been a few issues on different tires that we purchased and Discount has always gone above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
