The staff including the managers were awful. We went in for a tire to be patched up. They had a coffee pot sitting out and my husband asked if he could make coffee. The manager said we aren’t in the coffee business and walked away. They spoke to us like we were children. Stared us down in the parking lot like we were at the wrong place. Kept trying to sell us tires rather then fixing the one we have. People need to learn customer service when working in customer service!
Great service. Made an appointment for a Friday at 4:30 to replace 2 tires. Was done in 45 minutes. Did I mention it was a Friday?! There were people waiting for 5 hours who had not made an appointment. Moral of the story, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! ☺️
Getting new tires this very moment and I want to say Stan is an amazing employee here, he worked with me on types of tires and price. I was actually only wanting new rear tires today and was coming back later on for the front ones, when he explained to me the wear on my front ones were actually worse than the backs. This may have saved my life down the road. I'm stubborn and he could not have been more patient and respectful. This store is quiet and well run and I prefer it over the Eastex freeway site. They we great at the store. It all happened quicker than they had predicted. I sat in the store because I was traveling and had nowhere else to go. The store hah comfortable chairs and cold water and plenty of good magazines. They kept me informed all along through different employees even when someone left for lunch. It was excellent service.
