I loved atmosphere! The staff were courteous! The bathroom can use a little more attention. I know that you are guys but just a little more attention would be great!

We are from out of state and had a blowout on interstate. Had to get our tire replaced. The wait to get one tire replaced, with balance and all, was over 2 hours and the tire they sold us is specific to ONLY the Discount Tire chain. They failed to mention that to us when we bought it. Staff was very nice, if not completely forthcoming about the tire.
Liked - super fast service. Counter Service was very helpful with tire selection. New tire was installed in 15 minutes or less. Disliked - facilities were dirty. The restroom was disgusting. I wouldn't sit down even with a seat cover. End tables in the waiting area were dirty. They should be wiped down at the end of each day, but obviously are not since I was there at 9 AM.
Very friendly And the wait was not long at all! Great prices also lowest in town!
Kudos to mgt. Playing Christian music over stereo. They treated me great when I bought my NITTO Trail Grapplers and have always been a great shop to deal with.
Not trust worthy, one of the employees straight up told me that another staff LIED me about taking a nail out of my tire for a whole week I drove around like that. I even told another employee that I was disabled and this is the treatment I received.
