I love these people....they do an excellent job!!!!
They did a terrible job on my tires. Loose lug nuts on one tire which almost fell off while I was driving my truck pulling a trailer. That could have killed me. I'll pass on discount from now on.
Worked with Vincent, had great service. He was fast and efficient was able to answer all my questions and deal with the issues I had.
I always get great service when I come here. Dylan and Jonathan are always so helpful and delightful, they get me in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend Discount Tire if you are in need of tires!!!
Johnathan was super helpful and energetic. Definitely made figuring out which tire was the best deal, for my daily use, easy for me to make. Would recommend them again definitely. Prices are fair and they are a bunch of nice/friendly people.
It was 5:30 at night (8/20/15) with a dust storm coming in, my wife is in Casa Grande on business and got a flat tire, across the street from the discount tire on Florence Rd. She went in and asked if they could help her, they said "No, we are too backed up". Really?? I had to drive down from Phoenix to help her change her tire. As customers of Discount Tire, I am ashamed for them that they would allow this type of customer service to be tied to their name.

I'm so very grateful to the amazing men at Discount. I ended up needing 3 new tires to make my car safe to drive again. I'm on a tight budget. They made sure they set me up with something and only asked me to pay what I could afford. I was treated very well and will continue to give them my business in the future!!!!
