They waste no time getting cars in and taken care of. Oh...and I love their tire warranty.
I just had the worst service ever at Discount Tire in Casa Grande. I called ahead of time for a flat repair, Not only was I not put in line after I got there they told me the wait would be an hour and a half. After 45 minutes I was told there were still five vehicles ahead of me. Funny that when I got there there were only two people in the waiting room and three vehicles in the parking lot. During my daily commute today my tire blew out on the way back from Phoenix to Tucson I asked to be towed to the nearest Discount Tire - they are known for the amazing customer service!! However this particular location went ABOVE & BEYOND for me! John made sure my safety was the priority when I drove off! Thanks to all the amazing gentlemen that made sure I drove off safe!
Dylan Slack and his crew are amazing! We were traveling from Texas to California for a race and we ran through a bunch of nails. Three flats and five tires effected. He knew we were on a time crunch and made our bad luck a good experience. He even called that night to make sure we made it to the track. I highly recommend this Tire store. Thanks guys!!
Not from the area and just needed a tire repair. I'd changed it on the road myself. The store was very busy so I left the tire to be repaired. Got a call that evening saying the tire was ready. That was totally unexpected. So went this morning to pickup the tire and was floored when they put this tire back on for me at no charge. I'll send business there and continue to do business with people like this. Way to go Davis and Alex
Went to get my tires checked because i thought i needed new ones but the Mngr who was helping me told me that i still had another 10,000 miles at least left on my tired but he did suggest rotating them which they did i was in & out in less than an hr ...no charge . These guys are AWESOME
