Amending my review straight to five stars. Had a long wait that was no fun but the store manager was in touch without me even needing to ask and helped out a lot. Highly recommended!
Very slow service, estimate given was about 45 minutes which turned into almost two hours of waiting for tires to get changed in the middle of the day. It's not fun having to explain to your boss why you're late.
I've had nothing but great experiences with Discount over the years! I've gone to the Shakopee, Eden Prairie and Bloomington locations and I'd say each one is as good as the next. Not only are the prices great but more importantly (to me anyway) the service is second to none! I'm a huge Costco fan, but when it comes to tires Discount is the only place I'll go!
Went in for a simple tire rotation, kid tried to upsell me on four new tires, vehicle doesnt need them, tires are two years old bought from them. Put my work order in the "rotation" . Three customers who walked in after me and bought tires wallked out the door before mine was even brought inside. Had to stand up and tell one of the counter men, mine goes next or the two hours i killed would have turned into three while they chased revenue. Used to be the go to place, not anymore
As a single woman, walking into a car shop can be daunting. Not at discount tire. From the moment I walked in the service was impeccable. They listened, walked with me to my car before hand so I could explain what was going on, they communicated on what they were going to do, explained in detail what was going on once they found the issue, completed the service quickly and even pulled my car up to the door when the service was complete.
