Do not recommend, I have been to the Eagan location a few times and gotten outstanding service. Called yesterday because my tire light came on. Was on hold for well over 10 minutes before giving up and calling Eagan. Needed air in my tires the next day because Eagan was not able to get me in right away. Showed up 5 minutes before open while they were setting up the air check station. Waited 10 minutes, called and was given the recording waited and was hung up on. Can’t seem to work on my car without damaging my rims. This is the second time they have ruined them and this time claimed there’s no way they did this. Dustin was completely rude and condescending when I questioned these dents around my lug holes after they put my summer tires on. He stated I’m “too picky” about my car if this concerned me. If you do decide to go here check their work before you leave.

The Apple Valley team was on point when I took my car in nearly at closing time. I told them I had a work trip in the morning a couple of hours away and they arranged to make sure my tire would be looked at before they closed for the night. such kind and professional guys. After my wait they told me the tire was good just a rim leak. They fixed it and checked all tires and there was no bill. AMAZING! Will definitely go back here!

I walked in this morning at 8AM for four new winter tires. It was crazy busy and the line was out the door. Amazing service, instructions for rebate and discounts, very nice people, and my car was ready in LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!! NOT LYING. I’ve gone there for a couple years, but now they have a customer for life.
Discount Tire is one of the greatest places to buy tires. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and will always take care of you. I would recommend Apple Valley every time.
