I hate having to buy new tires, and living in Arizona has made this something I've had to do five times in 7.5 years. These guys take some of the sting out of the deal. It still sucks, but they're good guys and they treat you right

They didn't properly torque my lug nuts, almost lost a tire, created front wheel damage to my vehicle.
Had to wait over half an hour past my appointment time before they started and lost a hubcap on the way home but I gave them a call to report the problem and they are going to get me a replacement hubcap. What a pleasant surprise.
Jerks... never going to this one again... just because I'm a female do not mean you can treat me like an idiot...
I have been using discount tires for nearly 15 years now for all of my tires. I always purchased the warranty for the tires even though I have never used them. Now, after 15 years of use I needed to use the warranty on two tires, and they denied me. I will never use discount tires again and they do not honor their warranties so do not buy the warranty, its a scam. 1 star is one too many. Henry the sales rep and Joe the manager were both rude and dishonest. I recommend you never use this place.
