This place has an amazing staff. I, unfortunately, get screws in my tires a lot. Every time I come in here Ralph is wonderful and makes sure to take care of my car fast and efficiently. Wonderful crew they have here!
*Edit* amazing what a year does. I was told with their new rules they won’t even rotate the wife’s tires. What a waste of 2 hours. So much for that whole “At no additional charge to you, we'll rotate and balance the tires you purchased from any of our Discount Tire stores for the life of the tires.”
Not a bad experience, just typical. Tires were reasonably priced. I didn't have an appointment and was quoted an hour, which I am completely ok with as I had nothing going on. Ultimately ended up taking 2 hours. Even with an appointment make sure to bring your patience hat. Overall, I just wanted to leave a vanilla review.
