These guys are solid men of integrity when it comes to tires. Took my brand new car in for a nail and they squared me away. Been going to DT for at least 10 years now between Buckeye and Surprise. Jerry and Chris are awesome. My tire specialist was Kane. Solid when it comes to time, professionalism. Thanks guys for getting me back on the road.
They took real good care of us. Jerry was awesome. I have been dealing with them since 1989. I won’t go no where else but Discount Tire.
They did a terrible job in balancing my tires. The new tire they installed from the warranty they did not even balance it. The other one they put the weights going thru the spoke coming out so you can see the weight. Took it on the highway and it was bouncing so hard my headlight blew out. Bad customer service when I brought it back and basically said oh well that’s not our fault. Definitely gonna spend my $1000 on tires somewhere else next time.
Nothing better than great customer service! Bought tires at Toyota less than a year ago. Had a slow leak in one of them and called my local Toyota dealer to see if they could check it and plug it. They said, they only sell tires and don’t repair them. Went to my local Discount Tire in Surprise, not only did they plug the tire, they did it for free. Guess where I’m going the next time I need new tires? Thank you Discount Tire!
Super nice staff and they got me in and out quickly on a Saturday morning but... Sunday morning I woke up to the same tire flat 😥 They didn't patch the hole good.
