The customer service at this location is excellent. Have nothing but excellent things to say about them. Caleb, Andrew and Marshall went out of there way to make sure I was happy and taken care of. Thanks Caleb for finding what I was looking for and getting me a good price (which was about $200 cheaper than everyone else)!
I had a nail in my tire and Walmart claimed their policy doesn't let them patch up tires, and told me to go to Discount Tire...so I did. I walked in 15 minutes before they closed and told them the issue. Gary was able to get me in and out with a patched tire and a smile on my face. All free of charge!! I will definitely be going to discount tire for all my needs in the future. THANK YOU!!!!
I have used discount tire for years and they have always done a great job. Tonight they went beyond that. I came in to have my tire checked and my 2 year old son ran off from me. He managed to hit his head and to my surprise was bleeding pretty good. I'm horrible with names I believe it was Marshal took myself and and my son and helped clean him up and bandage his head to get him to the er. They fixed my tire well enough to get me down the road. I want to say thank you so much!
