I’ve had nothing but GREAT service from the folks at Discount Tires. I picked up a nail in my F250, they plugged it for free (the tires were original to the truck). I needed new tires on my SUV, they beat the price I was given at another place and did a great job. Yesterday I finally got that F250 new tires and they were amazing. I had an 8:30 appointment, got my tires done, grocery shopping done, truck washed and back to Howe by 10:30. That’s what I call service.
Refused to fix a tire that I bought there because I had put a plug in it because that was the only way I could get the car there. But of course they’d be happy to sell me tires that I don’t need.
We've been going to them about fifteen years. They service all of our personal and commercial vehicles. Yesterday I had a flat and they found a screw in my tire. They promptly fixed the tire and did a tire rotation. All the employees I encountered were more than courteous and professional. I appreciated doing business with a company I can trust. This location in Sherman Tx.
After waiting an hour for them to patch one tire they tell me they can’t because it’s on the side of my tire. They tell me it’s $200 for a new tire on a tiny Nissan Juke uh no. So I take I️t to Tires Plus and he showed me where they lied to me (I assumed because I’m female and they think I’m an idiot) and that the nail was literally in the middle of my tire. I suggest tires plus or gracias they are awesome
Sitting in discount and watching as I’m waiting for my car to be done and i have to say Vicente is the most respectful person, when someone walked in he greeted them, looked them in the eye and shook their hand! You just don’t see that very often anymore. Great customer service Vicente!!!
