wait time is to long, I waited 2 hours for a slow leak in a tire. I left without it getting fixed. they service people's vehicle who drop them off before people who are waiting. I get there will be some wait time but when there is two people in the waiting room and they keep coming out calling people's names how aren't there, need to prioritize the service to get people out the door.
Just got 4 new tires. Had an appointment and they got my vehicle up and tires off and then I was told they didn’t have the tire in that I was quoted. Jacob, found another comparable tire and honored my price. Didn’t have the rebate promised but will honor my discount. Very professional and great service. Thank you Jacob. 30 day returns if not happy! Full warranty. I also originally a week prior had a flat tire and they fixed it and no charge!

Took 2 hours longer than I was told. 4 hour for 2 tires!! Horrible service
Worst experience EVER getting tires. Over 3 hours after I dropped off my vehicle, an hour after I was told it would be ready, they haven’t even begun to do any work and couldn’t even get an employee to talk to me. NEVER AGAIN!!!
