I have used Discount tires for many years now, but it seem this location in particular lacks a bit on professionalism. The last 2 times I have gone in to check my tire pressure 1. They do not put the correct pressure in my tires & that can result in bent rims! & 2. Every time they fail to put at least one of my chrome valve stem caps back on, resulting in me having to buy new ones. I've been a customer for years! Mike Villarreal gave us superb service! New shoes for both vehichles....sold!
No one enjoys having tire problems, but Discount has always made my experience positive. I have never seen so many polite, happy, and intelligent young men in one place! I don't know if it's due to Rory being a good manager or Discount having high standards, but I have yet to have a bad experience with service or products.
The customer service here is just amazing and the service is just as amazing!!! I don't go anywhere else. Will continue to do business with them as we have in the past! Please keep up the amazing work you guys do 🏼
