Although, it was very busy I was given great customer service. Shilou I don't know the spelling made me feel comfortable and assured me I was getting a great deal because I felt uncomfortable going in alone. I've had terrible experiences in past with other companies. This employee as well as the other young men gave me and the rest of the customers a great experience. Thank you and a great way to close out the year!
Service is great. I’ve been going there for a while now and today was the first day that I waited more than usual. They called me when they were finished and I didn’t hear them or I was in ladies room. So I wasted about 20 minutes. Salesmen are always friendly and helpful.

Quick and professional service. Thanks for helping us Mr. Jerad. We made it back to Port O’Connor and then Corpus Christi safely. Now to make that right front tire my new spare and get another new tire, as you recommended. Sure wish we could have gotten it there in Victoria. 😊
These people are awesome. Always courteous and pleasant to deal with. Even when they are super busy they do a great job. Every time.

Although I have been waiting here for 3 plus hours I had to give them 5 stars. These guys SERIOUSLY busted there butts today trying to make all the customers happy! They did make it aware the wait was gonna be a long time for everyone. Jason, which I believe is the assistant manager?, is doing a awesome job!
