I have been buying tires from Discount Tire for more than 20 years. So I was really glad to find a store close to Boise after moving here. Your company has always been able to fulfill my requirements for any budget I have lived on. When it came time for me to be able to buy tires and wheels, your team in Meridian came through with a high standard of quality that can't be matched anywhere else. Nice work!
I've used discount tire in two other states since I was 16 (for 20+ years now). They are always good. Today I stopped by to get my tires aired up since my low tire pressure warning light came on (probably due to colder air). I would do it myself but I have a 1 year old that gets upset if I'm outside the car and she isn't. Anyway, a young woman helped me and she was very nice and fast. I started taking all my tire business to the Meridian Discount Tire about two years ago, friendly helpful and prompt! Recently had some new tires put on my sons car, and just did a set on my 2011 Avalanche. I (regretfully now) was highly recommending these folks to anyone I new or found that needed tire service. Unfortunately, something changed, they have been the exact opposite of helpful, prompt and responsive. Great service today from technician Benny Gonzalez and Jason! Had a minimal wait and was definitely impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, and prompt service when I bought two new tires for my truck. Was a longtime customer of another brand store, but am now taking all my tire business to Discount Tire! Thanks Benny and Jason!

The best customer service I have experienced in quite a while. They also charged me 1/3 of what L.S. wanted for the same service. I worked at L.S. before college (years ago) so I do understand the industry. They met me at my truck, knew what they were talking about, their estimated price was exactly what I ended up paying and it was done in a timely manner. Thank you to the Meridian store on Eagle Rd. (I do not give reviews or glowing recommendation often)
