I went here to swap my summer tires for all-season tires and change rims, but they put the wrong lug bolts on. One of the wheels came off while I was driving. They have taken zero responsibility and forced me to go through my insurance. This type of mistake could have caused fatalities. I would rate them -5 (if it was possible). I've started a blog documenting my experience (check my profile).
RecommendedJavier helped me in the front office fixing a situation, and ensured I was well taken care of and he was very understanding. He kept contact throughout the entire process and an A+ in customer service and patience. I would recommend this location, especially Javier. Shoutout to the technicians as well, for working their tails off despite the workload

6 weeks after buying brand new high end tires, the rear blew out at 70 mph. I was on my way out of town for my mom’s funeral. Now I have towing costs and a rental car and they don’t care. Not only that, but I am the one that has to bring the tire in, take the new tire back and have someone put it on. No service for customers here at this place. Learned my lesson. Won’t be back as a customer here again. Les Schwab is my deal.
