Arlin and the rest of the staff from discount tire by the mall gave me awesome customer service yesterday! They were crazy busy but found the time to remove a nail from my tire and patch it up for free. I was told from my boyfriend that I may get a tire patch for free in the hopes that I would return to buy tires from them in the future. I've seen other companies get annoyed when they had to honor a free promotion, but not these guys! Arlin even showed me how good my tread still was on each tire. Anyone who is in any type of customer service industry should go and sit in the waiting area and listen to the gentlemen who work at Discount. It is a wonderful company which is well apparent by their employees.
