This place is like a doctor's office. You make an appointment , get there 15 minutes early and 30 minutes after your scheduled time your truck is still sitting in the parking lot. Not to mention you have been on a under sized spare since Monday because your tire was not in stock. The 100 mile round trip is not worth the meager saving over the local tire shop anymore. Add in the lost time of multiple trips , I'm losing money.

Mike and others went beyond to help me! Wasn't tire issue but even jacked up Jeep to double check what the issue was. Checked on me until wrecker came to get it to dealership and wants to know what is going on.
I love this place, everyone is so helpful. So glad I got the warranties.
