Our car was vibrating at fast speeds. We took it in and they rotated and balanced the tires. I had purchased the tires at a different discount tires and had the lifetime warranty. There was no cost and a big difference was felt when we got back on the highway. The car drives smooth. I’m glad we took it in.
I went for a simple tire rotation when I left my truck started vibrating, I called and asked if they could send someone to tighten them and they told me to tighten them myself and take it to a shop to see if it caused any damage, so I went on my lunch break to tighten them and swap my car for my truck and half way back to work it started vibrating again, so I stopped at Discount tire so they can mess with it and they realized they had put 2 hub rings on that wheel and left 1 off another so it wasn't catching enough thread. From out of town and stopped in for a tire problem on a recently purchased car for my grand son. Before I could even enter the showroom, "Mark" met me in the parking lot to help me. Mark went the extra mile to see if the tires had been purchased from them by the previous owner and if they had road hazard warranty. After transfering the information to my account, he informed me that the damaged tire would be covered under warranty saving me buying a new tire. THANKS Mark V. and Discount tire.
The ONLY place I will go for tires! They never try to sell me something I don't need, they just give me the facts and let me make up my mind from there. I also appreciate the fact that I am not talked down to simply because I am a woman. It's assumed that I am intelligent. Any questions I may have are answered honestly. The work is done promptly and thoroughly!
I had a tire explode on me on hwy 35. I was able to hobble into their parking lot. I proceeded to pull out my spare and Jack when I was approached by an employe that asked if I had bought my tire there. When I told him no, that this wad the first parking lot off of 35, he told me I had to leave their parking, that I couldn't change my tire there. I had to drive on my rim to the adjacent parking lot while they started closing shop
