This place is amazing and I am so happy I went here to get my tires fixed! I'm a college student who went to get my tire fixed this morning and it turned out that both of my front tires needed to be replaced. I only had enough money for one so Chris wheeler I believe his name was went to the back to ask if there was something they could do about the price. Chris at Discount Tire is a blessing. I was having some tire troubles and he did everything he could to help me get a replacement until I can get new tires. He knows the true meaning of customer service.
I have always been a fan of Discount Tire, however I felt this location went above and beyond for me. On the last hour of a 6 hour road trip, I noticed a nail in one of my tires that caused it to go completely flat and it would not keep any air. This was the closest location I found on my map, so I pulled in 10 minutes past closing time, front door already locked; but one of the guys from in the bay still came out to meet me. Good service
I hate this place bad everything and they haunt you online till you give in and say something they want to hear. If you want retail herpes go there. I will never go back never recommend and warn everyone I see to save themselves and go somewhere else. The wait was incredible they baited and switched and had I not been there they would have destroyed my truck because they didn't understand 4wd and we're about to destroy my hubs.
