As college town you would expect a little bit of compassion when students from out of town come to your store for air. My son went in to day and wanted the tires on the car filled with air. The discount tire attendant said he had a screw in the tire and my son requested just please fill it up. Took my car in because I got a nail in the tread. They told me it could not be fixed and I would need a new tire. I picked it up and took it to the New Braunfels location. They had my tire fixed with fast and friendly service. Very disappointed in the San Marcos location.
The AC was broke and it was probably 80° inside on top of the two hour wait. Got in the car and the they didn’t even fix the tire sensors.
Recommended❤ this place! the employees are always extremely helpful and polite. Quick service with a smile. I believe David is the name of the guy that helped me, he deserves a raise for the hair alone.

They are not what they used to be. My called to see if they had her tire, they said yes, made an appointment went down and they did not have the tire. They ordered the tire, sent me an confirmed e-mail that the tire is in. Call to set another appointment, and wow, now they have lost the tire, no where to be found. So, my wife is unable to use her car, NOT GOOD. I call customer care, put on hold for over 30 minutes, than left message, and still no call back. Customer service is really slipping. ken
Tony was our clerk/associate and he was amazingly friendly, helpful, and the store was FAST!!!! We were pretty tight on money and he was able to find us something that we could afford and get us on down the road!! Will DEFINITELY be back!
This place is great, especially this location. Not only were they the only location open, but despite a 4 hour wait, they squeezed me in to get my tire fixed to send me on my way early, Thanks Guys, Keep up the Great Job!!! I'll be back next week for a new set of tires!

The wait was long...4hrs with 5 kids and no appointment, it was an emergency stop. The whole crew has been super helpful and courteous and doing the best they can!!! Great service!
This business never fails to amaze me. The guy who signed me in was kind, friendly and understanding even though it was almost closing time. There’s always a million people here but the wait is 100% worth it for the service they give. John Mathis was the sales guy who checked me in and he was very engaging, talkative, informative and kind. If they hadn’t let me get in line, I probably would have started my day tomorrow with a flat tire. So thank you guys for being there for your clients.
