Best place for tires and customer service. This location was able to help me with my tire issue when other places were unable to.
We ordered 4 tires on Black Friday, but only 3 were in stock. No big deal, the men working said that we would receive a phone call when the tire arrived. Come the following week, no phone call still... so I called and the tire had been at the facility. Im frustrated that we never received a phone call but mistakes happen. Had a tire blow out, and replacements weren't available. Kevin worked with me and took care of me. Awesome customer service. There's a reason why I have 3 Subarus taken care of here �
Had an unexpected flat yesterday, sidewall injury. Discount honored their warranty and I was able to have my tire replaced for free. They even offered me a new warranty on the replacement tire for just $9. Only part I didn't like is they initially didn't put my spare tire back in the right spot (they took everything out of my trunk space and just threw it in there) and it wasn't until they saw me lying on the ground trying to put it back that they came back and put it where it goes. They did correct the mistake, however.
Excellent service as always. They had me back on the road in an hour.
I would like to thank all of the hard working people at this Discount Tire location for the excellent service and friendly customer service they displayed to me and my family yesterday. I know where I will be buying my tires from this day forward. I accidently ran over a bolt which caused a slow leak in my front tire, with 3 kids under 10. I was scheduled to pick up 3 more when school was let out and the people at Discount Tire- Marysville location went above and beyond to make sure I made it there on time. Well I have been going to Discount Tire for over five years now. But yesterday was something else. I went in to get my tires rotated.And to have my back tire looked at as it kept losing pressure. I checked in at 12:33pm and didn't get out of there until 2pm. Come to find out they only fixed my tire and never rotated my tires. I called in spoke with Kevin who was very nice about what happen. He felt so bad for miscommunication. I will be taken my car back on Monday to get the tires rotated.

I had the pleasure of purchasing tires once again from this very knowledgeable and helpful Discount Tire, the first time was for my sons car and we were greeted and helped us with tires that was a year ago and this second time I bought tires for my truck. It amazes me that the helpful and cheerful way they treat their customer has not changed. Keep up the great job and thank you.
