Went to Discount Tire in Bourbonnais yesterday. Great experience and people. Explained what my old tires were doing and why they needed changed. Then walked through my options and had several different options for my price range. Thank you and highly recommend to everyone for tire needs.
I went to Discount Tire today and experienced true customer service. Alex is a true professional. This young gentleman demonstrated his product knowledge and was very courteous not only to me but to everyone I saw that he encountered. Great Job! I will definitely be returning to purchase some additional tires. They had my vehicle in and out in no time while not sacrificing quality service for quick time. Excellent Job!
Zac was helpful when I called to make the appointment and when I arrived for my appointment, Zac helped me out, my appointment was at 8:30 and was done by 9:15. I loved the friendly atmosphere in the waiting room, Zac and Christopher helped customer as they were family and not as a customer. As I sat there, listening and watching, both greeted people when they entered, asked if they wanted something to drink, and if there was really nothing else to talk about, they made small talk.
