RecommendedWent to the Bourbonnais location on black Friday and only had enough to buy the 4 new tires my car needed. About half way through my wait for installation the tech by the name of Tyler came to me with one of my tpms sensors because all of them had inverted and were leaking air... said it would be a certain amount I could not afford and he turned to the other tech and told him to start installing the new ones, turns back to me and says we got it. Went with my 3 kids in tow with my spare tire on. I had a nail in both front and rear passenger tires. They not only pulled the nails and plugged it, they put my spare back away and told me it was all taken care of, no charge!!! Everyone I dealt with there was more than helpful and I definitely will be back!!!! Thanks for your help!
Absolutely love this place. They make sure all their customers are taken care of.
Every time we go it's a great experience. They even replaced a new tire that got a leak from something it picked up on the road. And some times taking a toddler in to a shop is struggle. They didn't even hesitate to set my little guy up with color books and crayons to help with the wait. Super awesome service. Nice guys working there. I always recommend them first to everyone.
