Normally head to the Orland store since I work out there, but had the day off and made an appointment for here. Sam and Sal both extended awesome customer service! Even offered my daughter a juice box while we waited. Not to mention, they honored the pricing Orland normally gives me on swapping my winter/summer tires. Hats off to both of you!
Was recently at this business and I must say I was quite impressed. I ordered tires for my car and they were there in a few days as promised. Was promptly greeted and everyone was very friendly. Took less than hour for my car to be finished. I will be recommending this place of business to anyone looking to get a set of tires.

After waiting 2hours trying to fix my tires with 5children after a long road trip to see a family member that is gravely ill this wasn't an issues I needed to deal with , then to have them Break my truck ,!! And act Nonchalant , it's a business !! Take responsibility
What an awesome experience! I was met at my car, the young man opens my door for me and says he'll drive it into the garage, wall another young man met meat my car and walked me to the front door. The store manager, Tim, greeted me and offered me a beverage. Christian music playing on the radio. When they were almost finished, one of the young man came in and explained to me what they did, what they offer as far as follow up, warranty, etc. and then, he walked me out, opened my car door for me and helped me into my car! This place is awesome!..Not only did I get awesome deal on my tires but the entire staff there went above and beyond anything I've encountered! Customer service was superb!
