I have been a Discount Tire customer for years in other cities and online, but recently had to use the services of this location. I had a tire blow-out 15 miles from their location in my classic truck. I called ahead and had my vehicle towed to the shop. The guys there installed all four new tires and had me back on the road within 45 mins. Top-notch service and employees.
Last time there they managed to do 1400$ worth of damage to electronic steering lock. Strictly a tire place that knows very little about vehicles. Poor pricing compared to more comprehensive shops in the fox valley.
I had a slow leak in 1 of my tires. Called for an appt & they squeezed me in right away to check it out. They found a nail in the tire & the technician was able to repair it and had me back on the road very quickly. Service was fast & friendly. I definitely recommend them and will return here next time I need any tire service.
Very pleased with my experience here. Called the day before to check if they had the snow tires I wanted in Stock and if they could match the correct size for the steel wheels I got to mount them on. Normal tires are 17s, steelies are 16s. They had the tires and matched the sizes so there would be no issues with gearing and the speedometer would still be accurate. In and out in maybe an hour tops and the price can't be beat! Will be going back for my next set of tires for sure!
