Called ahead to check for tire availability and it was in stock. Set up appt at the same time to be seen at 4:30. Was told good to go. Showed at my appt time only to be told that car wouldn't be completed until 6 or possibly after and wasn't told that until after I had purchased and paid for my tires. Had I known before paying I would be waiting 1.5 hours after my appt time to get my tires put on I would have waited and gone elsewhere. Got great tires at the best price in town. only took about a half hour to mount and balance. Excellent and friendly customer service!
This rating is this high because my salesperson, Jason, was very helpful getting everything set up today. I hope the quality of tire makes up for the fact that nobody even bothered to let me know my car was ready to go. Sat in the waiting room over 2 hours as all kinds of names were called out. When I finally asked how much longer my car was going to be, I was told “that’s been ready for a quite a while”. Thanks for finishing the job so quickly and letting me sit there for no reason.
I've been to Discount Tire twice and got fast, friendly service both times. They're knowledgeable and have a good selection of tires at reasonable prices. I'll certainly be going back again and recommend them highly to everyone.
