I tried Discount Tire in Grand Chute for the first time around Memorial Day when I needed new tires on my SUV. Not only did they have the absolutely best prices around and some amazing rebates, they had excellent customer service both on the telephone and in person. After having the tires installed, I noticed that two of them weren't holding air well and I suspected that the seal might be off. I made an appointment to come back in today. I had a slow leak in a brand New Silverado that I purchased from Bergstrom. Bergstrom in Neenah, was unable find the problem, but discount tire managed to find and repair the issue in 30 minutes, and didn’t charge me. They have a new customer for life. Well done!

Originally I went in to have my tires rotated and balanced. Upon review 'Jim' noted that my tread was almost gone and suggested replacing all four. I was hesitant, but knew I was going to eventually so I agreed. Had to have the tires shipped from Ohio but they got here in a timely manner and was able to complete my appointment rather quickly. Once again, Discount Tire went the extra mile to provide top-notch customer care! I had an issue with some tires (NOT DT’s fault) & after explaining all I went through, the staff did everything they could to get me the best deal. On top of getting a phenomenal deal, incredible tires, I was able to just meet the deadline for two rebate cards.
