Got there first thing. Needed a new tire replaced. Was out 25 min. Super Nice & Professional.
20 years ago I was visiting family 4 hours from home with my 4 young children. While I was there I noticed side wall damage to one of my tires so I went in to the nearest location. I knew my husband had purchased purchased the tire at the location near our home; however, they could not find me in the system. The employee gave me a new tire under the warranty anyway. I have used them ever since and have always been pleased with their service.
Went in to get my tires ck'd...needed 2 new ones, so they were to rotate, balance and move the rear tires to the front and put 2 new ones on the rear. After 2 1/2hrs (which i knew the wait time and was fine with it...dropped my car off) I was called and told my car was ready...Husband dropped me off to get my car...went and did a walk around to find they balanced and rotated the tires i drove in on and never even put the 2 new tires ,i purchased in advance, on my car. After 4hrs total i finally got out of there.
It was discount tire on i45 conroe tx waited 2 hrs just so they could try to Sale me some tire and I was just there to get my front tires balanced they tried to get me to buy some high-dollar tires the same ones that I have on here they wanted $700 I told him no I went back to the other tire shop got the same tires for $270 for both of them
Everything went great. Everyone was nice and treated customers well
You might get fair prices tires but the lack or organizational skills really make this a bummer of a place. I actually dread getting my tires rotated. They have appointments for reasons but they do not have a clue how to use them. I asked the associate Devin how long this would take and he said 45 minutes at the most. I asked if the appointment even helped and he said "well with an appointment you are garenteed the most you have to wait is 45 minutes". About to head back to Brenham and had a low tire. Stopped in at Discount and they had a free air check drivethru. And the guy was ever so nice!
Ok so I'm at Discount Tires as I post, getting new tires on my car, have to say, as busy n Slammed as these guys have been all day, they are the sweetest n most patient guys in the world! Not one time have I seen even the slightest attitude, while people(the sweet public) coming up, HOW MUCH LONGER??? WHEN WILL MINE BE DONE! These guys keep their smile, handle it in a way, that keeps the costumer happy, if you need tires!! Bring them to THIS Discount Tire Location! Thanks Dale! I'm happily waiting
